What Coreway does, feature by feature

One system for the dispatch agency: the load, the driver, the documents and the money. Every feature below is in the product today; nothing is a roadmap.

30-day free trial. No card needed. In English and Spanish.

Coreway portal dashboard for a demo agency: tiles for active loads, loads delivered this week, revenue month to date, average rate per mile, open invoices and tasks due today, a month-to-date strip with loaded, deadhead and total miles, carrier revenue and dispatch fees, and the dispatch board listing nine loads, CW-1045 to CW-2002, with status, rate, carrier, driver and unit, route, pickup and delivery appointments.
  1. Know the broker before you book

Every broker carries its last credit check: the score as the load board, the factoring company or FMCSA shows it, the average days to pay, who checked it and when it expires. Open incidents such as a TONU or a dispute warn everyone who books that broker.

    • FMCSA lookup from the broker record
    • Days to pay set the due date of the next invoice
    • A declined broker cannot be booked; a caution can, knowingly
Credit Check screen listing five brokers with their MC number, when and on which source each was last checked, days to pay and until when the check is valid: Harbor Point Logistics Blocked, Lakeshore Logistics and Summit Freight Brokerage Approved, Mesa Brokerage Group Caution and Prairie Line Freight Not checked.
  2. The load file is the single place

Stops with their appointments and facility hours, carrier, driver and truck, broker, miles and rate, the status timeline, the documents and the money, on one screen.

    • Shippers and receivers saved as facilities, with their dock hours
    • Duplicate load check against the broker's load number
    • Rate confirmation, BOL and POD with who uploaded each and when
Load CW-1049, marked Delivered: pickup in Houston, TX and delivery in Orlando, FL with appointments, carrier Lakeside Express, driver Javier Rivera, unit 105, broker Lakeshore Logistics, 1,010 loaded and 55 deadhead miles, rate 4,100, dollars the status timeline from Dispatched to Delivered, the money card with the dispatch fee and the carrier net, and the documents card showing rate confirmation, BOL and POD uploaded.
  3. Reports the carrier can read

Loads delivered, gross revenue, rate per mile, loaded and deadhead miles, dispatch fees and carrier net, by carrier, driver, truck, dispatcher or broker. Export when the carrier asks.

    • Month to date on the dashboard
    • Per carrier, driver, truck, dispatcher and broker
    • Export to a file
Reports screen for this month: seven loads, gross revenue 21,550, dollars average rate per mile 4.25, dollars 4,805 loaded, 200 deadhead and 5,005 total miles, dispatch fees 799.75 dollars and carrier revenue 13,725.25, dollars above a table by carrier with loads, trucks, gross, miles, rate per mile, deadhead percentage, dispatch fee and carrier net.

Questions agencies ask before signing up

Is there a feature I pay extra for?

No. Every plan is the same product. The price depends only on how many active trucks your agency dispatches.

Do all features work in Spanish?

Yes. The portal, the driver app and support are in English and Spanish.

Can I turn a feature off?

Weekly driver settlements, owner statements, dispatcher pay and the load board search are settings your admin switches on or off. The rest is always there.

What is not in the product?

No load board access of its own, no DAT integration, no accounting software replacement. Coreway starts at the rate confirmation and ends at the settlement.
